What’s eating you?

Happy Tuesday! I trust your Memorial Day was memorable and that sometime during the day you thought about those whose memory we set the day aside for.

Seeing so many American flags flying in yards and on automobiles was moving for me.

I saw a motorcycle turn down a street with an American flag flying behind the rider almost as big as the bike – an inspiring site. And healthy for my heart and emotions – I want to feel deeply and completely, even when those feelings bring a touch of sadness sometimes.

This week’s theme is health – and since we took yesterday off as a holiday – a healthy thing to do! It’s great to use the rest of this short week to think about how we think about health.

To kick us off:  Albert Cliffe once said something I love and know to be true –

“You don’t get ulcers from what you eat, but from what’s eating you.”

We can make ourselves sick by poor thinking – we can also make ourselves healthy, wealthy, wise and wonderful by wonderful, wise, wealthy and healthy thinking – it’s in our power.

If there is something eating you – can you let it go? The answer to that question is yes – now a more important question: Will you let it go?

You Create Your Day by the way You Think! Be Present!

Go make it a Magnificent Day!

Blessings, Shawna
