The resolutions you made on Monday are maybe being tested today – so what will you do differently in 2012?

Getting your mind around new habits is the first and most vital step –

Today, think about the result you want – put a picture on  your mirror or the fridge – remember that immediate actions do have long term effects – if you make it a habit now you’ll reap huge benefits later – if you slide now the hill is much steeper later –

Of course everything is a choice.

Today choose wisely – you’ll be happier longer.

Remember, you create your day by the way you think. Make it magnificent!
