Energy – in the room, from a person, a pet, is noticeable, if you open your thoughts and feelings. It’s easy with a dog; the body language provides clues – that wagging tail is a big signal!

Dale Carnegie: “If you want to be happy, set yourself a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes. Happiness is within you. It comes from doing some certain thing into which you can put all your thought and energy. If you want to be happy, get enthusiastic about something.”

So today – here’s a few things that can help you, if you choose, to up your energy.

That happy dog, almost any dog – will be an energy booster because dogs generally are so happy to be with us, the wagging tail enthuses the air with good energy and is penetrates right into us.

I remember reading once that the person who doesn’t think you can buy happiness never purchased a puppy!

Music is another energy shifter – if you’ve ever heard a sound that your body automatically moves to you know what I mean. Sad music can shift our mood as well, so remember your hand is on the control there. Put on happy music and your energy will increase.

And beauty, from art, flowers, nature or the sky, in a broad sense there is a universal energy that surrounds as all. Like the story of the two small fish swimming along and the big older fish swims by and asks the young ones, “How’s the water?” to which the young ones reply, “What’s water?” – Sometimes we’re in it without noticing. Tap into that universal energy that surrounds  you at all times.

To increase your energy simply become aware. You have the choice and the ability to shift your energy and others.

Remember you create your day by the way you think. Make it magnificent!
