People Skills: Lost in Thought

One full week into the New Year – did it go fast for you? Did you do a reflection last Friday or Saturday or Sunday? Sometime before the week passed?

If not can you take a moment now and think? The focus today is to become lost in thought – or at least become engaged in thought –

This quote will help us:

So before any more time passes – when have you scheduled some thinking time? Do it now – put it in your calendar – set the timer for 10 minutes – close your eyes or gaze at something beautiful to you and let your mind go and flow –

You can begin by just being thankful – that you have these moments – that you are using them for something you decided – that you have the ability to think – and then take a few deep breaths and see what pops into your mind –

Remember – You create your day by the way you think! Make it magnificent!
