People Skills: Waking Up Grateful

Gratitude is a great attitude when it comes to people skills – the heart that is thankful is a happier heart and so you do better with people. Also – other people like to hear “Thank you” –

To get into the Gratitude Attitude habit – start early in the day. Say out loud – Thank you! And “I am willing” of course only say this if you are willing – to accept and use whatever life brings – then use the idea from The Secret – When you get out of bed and step on one foot say “Thank” and step on the other foot and say “You” – so as you pad into the bathroom you’re like a little train going” Thank You Thank You Thank You Thank You….”

Other ideas – when you get up – say also, “It’s going to be a great day!”

You create your day by the way you think. Make it magnificent!
