Do You Track How you Feel?

Do you take your vitamins every day? If so what vitamins make you feel the best? – Most people do not know – do not track it and so it’s less effective.

We live in a quick culture – and so if you’ve ever dealt with a naturopath – someone who gives you more subtle ways to eat and think – it could be frustrating to get healthy unless you track.

Ideas:
What do you eat that makes you feel best? Track your dairy or wheat intake and determine.

What vitamins feel best for you? Taking vitamins consistently and noting how you feel after 10 days is how to determine if there is a difference.

Do you have cravings? When you track the times you feel you need caffeine, sugar, salt or fat – you can better determine if you are at the mercy of past decisions or if you want to alter and improve your food intake.

Keep a food diary – what a way to track your health! Not only writing down what you eat, you can also include how you feel – and then be able to see where and what affects you in the best and worst ways.

I discovered, by taking some things out (doing a cleanse) and then adding things back – that I do not crave sugar until I begin to eat sugar – then – look out! I’m craving it a lot!

This idea has worked for others – and depending on its importance can work for you.
Track what you eat and drink and create your perfect food habits – that’s really tracking for results!
