Business ideas:
What are you tracking in your business?
What would be good to track? – That depends on your business and goals.
Some ideas to help you:
The number of prospect calls you make in a day –
The number of follow up calls you make in a week –
The number of new business deals you secure in a month –

Making a hot list – of those 20 to 100 people you do business with (or want to) that you can touch or call or connect with – and track how many times you do – who responds etc. – then you know what is working.
