Track for Results!

This week we focus on what we track and how that helps us with getting better results in our life.

There are a variety of things to track – the whole reason I developed the consistency calendar – which you can view at: under the schuh store.

There are 3 elements on in that process for tracking:

We have five days this week – so today it’s simply about opening up your mind to what you want to track that’s important to you –
Is it exercise? A food diary or number of times you read the Bible or meditate? All of which would be under personal tracking.
Is it dates you have with your spouse, the number of times in a month you read to your kids, the scheduled times with friends or community involvement? All of which would fall under your relational tracking.
And what are some ideas for career? Number of prospecting calls made, clients served, and networking events attended – etc.

Most of us live day to day and do lots of things – live fully and well – however when we track our lives there is a satisfaction in knowing that we created it – we set it up and did it – without tracking it, most of us forget everything except the wow things – and also – on a dissatisfied day we lament what we haven’t done – until we glance back and see that the truth is we’ve read the books, we’ve made the calls, we have lots of activity working for us even on those lull times.
Success is cumulative – tracking it makes it even more real –
