Physical discipline

Today let’s talk about how to use discipline physically –
What is the process you use or tell yourself to put on the running shoes or swim suit? How do you push yourself past your own limits?

What tips do you have for getting yourself moving, especially on those difficult days?

Here are a few things I’ve done and also ones I’ve heard have worked for others.
1. Have a buddy – and accountability partner – who meets you to run or at the gym.
2. Get a coach or trainer – and set the appointments – pay for them – that provide discipline!
3. A dog – when they need to be walked – it benefits you.

Again: It’s first off – a mental thing – what we say to ourselves – then how we set up our systems so what we want becomes a habit – and we build the discipline in – and voila! We are doing it, creating it, living it!

You create your day by the way you think! Make it magnificent!
