Belief and commitment!

Do your beliefs support your commitments? As some of you know I believe our beliefs (interesting play on words there) are what determine our behaviors, which in turn support and reinforce our results. However do the beliefs we have determine our commitments? I think no.

People believe in health – however maybe they’re not completely committed to exercise…
People believe in love – yet the words they use have no commitment to them
People believe in stretching their mind – though there is no plan for reading or study in their calendar…

Today and over the weekend – think about your beliefs – and then determine if you have put in some commitments that support those beliefs – because believing is easy – committing takes some doing – I know you can do it – I believe in you!

You create your day by the way you think! Make it magnificent!
