Are you faithful?

The last quote this week on loyalty is from Seneca and it is also a good call to action, “It goes far toward making a man faithful to let him understand that you think him so; and he that does but suspect I will deceive him, gives me a sort of right to do so.”

A final short quote on the heart to add value here from William Shakespeare, “A light heart lives long.” May we all have light hearts!

The 55 word story for the week! This one by J. Ripp and is titled: Fate

This was the only way, such a blur of rage and bliss and hurled toasters as our time together had become.
Appeal to fate: heads, we’d marry, tails, we’d separate forever.
The coin flipped, thudded, skipped and lay still, and eagle showing.
We stared as it sank in.
Then, together, “Best two out of three?”

Joke of the week:
A movie director was testing Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger for a new film about classical composers.
The director said to Stallone: “who do you fancy playing, Sly?”
Stallone looked down the list of characters and said: “I’d like to play Mozart.”
Then the director turned to Schwarzenegger. Arnie said simply: “I’ll be Bach.”

You create your day by the way you think! Be Present!
Go make it a magnificent day!
